Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your program includes regular visits with your Nurse Practitioner, and weekly check-ins with your Registered Dietitian as well as M-F chat support with your Registered Nurse and Dietitian (easy access is what makes us special.) Your weight loss medication is also included, as well as weekly group coaching calls for community and support.

  • Most clients lose between 10–20 pounds in the first 3–6 months, depending on their starting point, health history, lab results, and consistency in following the plan. Every body is different, and results vary. Some women experience faster physical changes, while others notice improvements in energy, sleep, digestion, and mood first. Our focus is always on long-term, sustainable progress—guided by your individual physiology.

  • We are a licensed medical practice. When clinically appropriate, our providers may prescribe FDA-approved treatments as part of your care plan. Not all clients are eligible or require prescription support.

  • Your GLP-1 medication will be covered in the cost of the program, ordered from a licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to your door. Hormone replacement therapy, thyroid medications and supplements are billed separately. Our team will support you through the process of filling prescriptions and understanding insurance options.

  • Absolutely. Many clients choose not to use medication—and still see meaningful, sustainable results. Our approach is designed to work with or without pharmaceutical support.

  • Then you’re in the right place. Our program is built for women who haven’t gotten answers—or results—elsewhere. We don’t use one-size-fits-all plans. We address the root cause of your weight gain and guide you through a strategy that’s built for your body, your phase of life, and your goals.

  • Yes. All of our appointments, lab reviews, and coaching sessions are conducted via telehealth, so you can access expert care from the comfort of your home.

    However, because we are a medical practice, you must reside in a state where our providers are licensed in order to participate. We are currently licensed in:
    Arizona (AZ), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Florida (FL), Idaho (ID), Minnesota (MN), North Dakota (ND), New York (NY), Ohio (OH), Oregon (OR), and Washington (WA).

    If you live outside of these states, we hope to expand our services soon—and we’d love to keep in touch.
