Yes. Physiologic hormone replacement therapy (pHRT) is at the heart of our approach.

Our membership is designed for women who want to initiate or refine hormone therapy within a comprehensive model of care that also addresses metabolic health, thyroid function, nutrition, and nervous system regulation.

We don't view hormone therapy as a standalone prescription. We see it as part of a thoughtful, individualized approach to your health.

This is one of our specialties.

Many women come to Aurelia after struggling with side effects, unsuccessful treatment attempts, or being told that hormone therapy isn't an option for them.

Our approach involves taking a closer look at your history, the formulations and doses you've tried, and the factors that may influence how you respond. In many cases, we're able to identify a more individualized path toward successful treatment.

And if hormone therapy truly isn't appropriate for you, we can still support your health through our comprehensive approach to metabolic medicine, nutrition, and nervous system care.

Your membership includes ongoing medical management with your dedicated NP or PA, registered nursing support, treatment monitoring and refinement, and individualized one-on-one functional nutrition and somatic coaching.

You'll also become part of our private member community, with weekly live calls hosted by Emily and our nutrition and somatic team, and access to an educational course portal designed to help you better understand your physiology and take an active role in your health.

During your first year, you'll have access to up to two hours per month of individual nutrition and somatic coaching. Your level of care evolves as your health becomes more established, while your membership community and educational resources remain available throughout your membership.

Lab testing, medications, and supplements are purchased separately.

Aurelia is a private-pay medical practice. We do not bill insurance for your medical care or laboratory testing.

We can provide superbills for certain eligible portions of your membership fees, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your plan.

We also accept HSA and FSA payments, subject to your plan's eligibility requirements.

We believe sophisticated medical care should come with transparent, reasonable laboratory pricing.

Rather than routing testing through insurance, we make laboratory testing available to our patients at wholesale prices.

For example, a complete blood count (CBC) is approximately $3, and an estradiol level is approximately $10.

This allows us to recommend testing based on what is clinically meaningful, while helping you avoid inflated pricing, unexpected bills, and unnecessary insurance complexity.

We'll always discuss recommended testing and associated costs with you.

You can request cancellation at any time.

Because Aurelia provides ongoing medical care, your membership includes a three-month offboarding period. This gives us time to help you transition your prescriptions, treatment plan, and ongoing medical needs to another provider.

Your care and membership billing continue throughout this transition period.

We believe ending a medical relationship deserves the same thoughtfulness and continuity as beginning one.
