A new kind of medical care for women, by women

Online hormone replacement therapy and weight loss care are just the beginning. Aurelia Health goes beyond traditional medical norms. We’re more than an online HRT prescription service. We employ a team of medical professionals and Registered Dietitians to ensure you receive hormones-first™ healthcare (what we call HormoneCare) because hormone decline is the root cause of those uncomfortable symptoms.

Say goodbye to hot flashes, irritability, mood swings, sleep problems, and weight gain. Say hello to personal, holistic, and proven medical care from the comfort of your home. Life isn’t over just because you turn a certain age.

Let’s get you back on track.

The old way isn’t working.

Women are prescribed antidepressants at alarming rates. Medical providers are prescribing birth control for perimenopausal symptoms.

And women still aren’t feeling better.

Midlife women are too often dismissed and left to feel like they’re going crazy.* It’s time you got results.

Welcome to Aurelia.

*Can we please stop associating women with crazy? Thank you.

MEET YOUR TEAM

Board-certified clinicians and menopause experts.

One of our non-negotiables is only hiring qualified medical clinicians.
Generally, coaches and nutritionists aren’t regulated. We are.
Traditional providers don’t look at hormones first. We do.

Here’s how we structure the team at Aurelia:

Nurse Practitioners

Nurse Practitioners bring a whole-person approach to healthcare. Their care focuses on relationships and their training is specialized. Your NP can diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and treat you.

Registered Dietitians

A Registered Dietitian has at least a bachelor’s degree and has passed the Commission on Dietetic Registration’s national exam. An RD is the gold standard in reliable nutrition advice.

Registered Nurses

Our Registered Nurses have a bachelors of science degree in nursing and must pass the National Council of State Boards of Nursing exam.

What are perimenopause and menopause?

Did you know that menopause is actually just one day? It’s the day you haven’t had your menstrual period for 12 consecutive months. Prior to that day, you’re in what we call perimenopause. This can start 10–15 years before menopause, as your estrogen and progesterone levels gradually decline. Commonly known symptoms include mood swings, vaginal dryness, sleep struggles, and weight gain. Other uncomfortable symptoms include low libido, urinary incontinence, and anxiety.

Are you in perimenopause?
