Your HRT Plan Deserves a Second Look

Trying HRT and not feeling dramatically better doesn't necessarily mean that HRT "didn't work."

And it doesn't mean you failed at it.

HRT isn't one medication, one dose or one universal protocol.

Different hormone combinations, formulations, doses and timing can create very different experiences. And hormones are only one part of the picture: sleep, metabolic health, thyroid function, nutrition, stress and your individual health history can all influence how you feel.

That means there is a big difference between:

"I tried HRT."

and:

"I found the HRT plan that was right for me."

If you're still experiencing symptoms, had side effects, stopped because the plan didn't feel right, or simply never understood why you were prescribed what you were taking, it may be worth looking at the whole picture again.

Your next step: The Hormone Deep Dive

The Hormone Deep Dive gives your Aurelia clinician the opportunity to look closely at what you've tried, what improved, what didn't, what you're taking now and what else may be contributing.

Rather than simply changing a dose or adding another prescription, the goal is to understand the complete clinical picture and build a plan around you.
